What is Rhythma?

Rhythma is a composition and training studio built around a playable drum grid. Connect an electronic kit, write a pattern in Compose, or open an exercise and play it in the lesson player.

The main areas

• Dashboard is the starting point for recent work and practice.
• Library is where you browse exercises and saved patterns.
• Compose turns drum voices and subdivisions into an editable grid, with playback, recording, Punch In, and notation preview.
• Progress summarizes practice over time.
• Settings → MIDI holds kit profiles, MIDI Monitor, and Timing Alignment.

In the player, choose a tempo and section, press Play, and follow the notation. Rhythma compares incoming hits with the expected notes and marks them Perfect, Early, Late, Missed, or Extra. Results also distinguish a Wrong pad where applicable.

For the best first session, connect your MIDI kit, run Timing Alignment, then try practice and grading.
